Thank you so much for choosing 7813 Venue for your special event! We’re excited to have you and hope you enjoy celebrating in our space.

 

Booking Time

 

When reserving the venue, please be sure to include enough time for both setup and takedown in your reservation.

Your reserved hours should cover the entire time you will need access to the venue — including decorating, vendor setup, your event, cleanup, and removing your belongings afterward.

Any time used before or after your reserved rental period may result in additional charges.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because your reservation secures 7813 Venue exclusively for your selected date and time—including setup and cleanup, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 30 days or more before the event: A booking deposit of $50 is non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded.

• 15–29 days before the event: Fifty percent of the total booking fee is non-refundable.

• 14 days or fewer before the event: The full booking fee is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Reservations may be transferred one time to another available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any difference in rental rates or fees will apply. Rescheduling must be requested at least 15 days prior to your original event date.
